initrd-kickseed software package provides Load Kickstart file from the initrd, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install initrd-kickseed
initrd-kickseed is installed in your system.
Make ensure the initrd-kickseed package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep initrd-kickseed *
You will get with initrd-kickseed package name, version, architecture and description in a table
